For decades, the Honda Accord’s been taking over our roads and gathering awards and accolades. How come? Well, from its design to the technology inside to the way it drives, there’s no denying the Honda Accord is a fantastic vehicle. This latest generation, the 2016 Honda Accord, is proof that Honda’s keeping the Accord tradition of greatness alive.

While no major design changes took place for the 2016 model year, the latest Honda Accord still looks great. Its exterior shell is classy, sophisticated, and modern. With an instantly recognizable front end, the 2016 Honda Accord makes a serious statement on the road. Available features like LED headlights and 18” wheels also mean the Accord is keeping with the times, and designers at Honda surely realized how important a car’s look is to a buyer because the Accord is a looker, that’s for sure. With two body styles available (coupe and sedan), the 2016 Honda Accord has a look for everyone, and is sure to appeal to any and all buyers when it comes to curb appeal.

It’s not just the exterior of the 2016 Honda Accord that’s modern and attractive. Step inside the midsize sedan, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised and also feel immediately at home. Comfortable, spacious and well-appointed, the interior of the Honda Accord is a great place to be. Featuring Honda’s duo-screen set-up for HMI and HVAC controls, the Accord is tech-loaded without being overwhelming. And with available navigation as well as an optional 7-speaker premium audio system (that also features a subwoofer), USB port, Bluetooth, and satellite radio; the 2016 Honda Accord is equipped to make any long road trip a pleasure.

Unfortunately, it gets pretty cold around here for a few months every year. Well, Honda’s well aware of this, which is why they offer the 2016 Honda Accord with heated seats up front… and also in the rear. That’s right, all passengers get to stay toasty in the Accord!

Really though, what it comes down to in all Hondas, including the Accord, is the drive. The 2016 Honda Accord offers up two engines: a 2.4L i-VTEC 4-cylinder that produces 185 horsepower (189 in the Sport model) and 181 lb-ft of torque (182 lb-ft in the Sport); and a 3.5L i-VTEC V6 that pushes out 278 horsepower and 252 lb-ft of torque.

Full of Choices for the Inside

Along with the two engine choices are three transmissions: a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed automatic or a CVT. The 2016 Accord also features Honda’s Drive-by-Wire throttle system, and there are steering-wheel mounted paddle shifters available on the Sport model, but only with the CVT selected. Power is sent to the front wheels at all times.

In all, the 2016 Honda Accord has everything you could possibly want from a midsize sedan. It’s good-looking, full of tech-y bits, fun to drive, practical, and affordable. Really, what more could you ask from your new vehicle?
