2016 Honda Civic Coupe Earns Iihs Top Safety Pick +Jul 28th, 2016
The 2016 Honda Civic Coupe became the sixth Honda model to be named an IIHS Top Safety Pick +, highlighting the safety that is inherent in all Honda vehicles. With the ACE body structure and the Honda Sensing suite of active safety technologies, the 2016 Honda Civic Coupe is certainly in a league of its own when it comes to safety in its segment.
2016 HONDA CIVIC COUPE EARNS BEST RATING IN ALL IIHS COLLISION TESTS
The 2016 Honda Civic Coupe received the GOOD rating, the best rating available, in all of the five IIHS tests including the challenging small and moderate overlap frontal collision tests. The Civic Coupe received the added “+” to the IIHS designation thanks to the performance of Honda Sensing, a group of active safety technologies that include collision mitigation braking, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, lane keep assist and a lot more.
