As always, the safety and security of our employees and customers remain our highest priority. Although we are limited in how we can conduct business we are still here to provide the best quality of service that you have come accustomed to from Palladino Honda. In our service department we have implemented new procedures so we can offer you, our valued customers, a contact free service interaction.
Due to COVID-19 we are no longer able to provide a shuttle service. Therefore we are asking all customers to use the drop box outside the service entrance when bringing your car in for service. The drop box is being cleaned/sanitized thoroughly and regularly.

[x] Sign the envelope and place in the drop box
Drop box is checked every 10 minutes and you can expect a follow up from your service advisor to review the details of your appointment.
Text and E-Payment
We offer texting options to maintain an easy method of contact between you and your service advisor. We will update you throughout the day on the progress and status of your vehicle. Our dealership is now closed to all traffic therefore we are offering e-payment options as well as payment by phone. Currently, we are only accepting credit card payment.
Claude, our valet, will be delighted to greet you from a distance with any questions you may have regarding our new service processes. He will greet you again at the end of your service to deliver your keys to you.

We would ask for the safety of our technicians that you remove all personal belongings such as (napkins, coffee cups, gym bags, clothing, food etc.) from the vehicle.
For the protection of our team, if you are feeling unwell, we ask that you refrain from dropping your vehicle off. We will still be here once you are feeling better!

Once you have received confirmation of your order, we will accept your payment by credit card only and will establish a pickup time.
After the delivery time has been established you may pull up to the main doors of the dealership and a parts advisor will bring the parts to you.

Between 8:30 – 11:30am Monday to Friday we will deliver within the City of Sudbury.
Some restrictions may apply. $5.00 delivery charge will apply to orders under $20.00.
