TRICARE PARTS AND LABOUR LIMITED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS DEFINITIONS

Administrator: Renascent Protection Solutions LLC, located at 5500 Frantz Rd., Suite 100, Dublin, OH 43017 (844-601-2018).

Labour: The Labour time for a covered repair will be determined by a current nationally published Labour manual. The Labour rate for authorized parts will be based on

the posted Labour rate of the Dealer subject to the Administrator's right to adjust the approval Labour rate if the Dealer's Labour rate is greater than the average hourly

Labour rate when compared to similar local repair facilities. If the Dealer's Labour rate is not posted, the Administrator reserves the right to approve a Labour rate, based

on the average Labour rate for similar local repair facilities.

Limited Warranty: This Limited Warranty, which was issued by the Dealer together with the Invoice and the terms and conditions herein.

Normal wear and tear: The natural and inherent wear characteristics of vehicle parts. Reduction in operating performance of a Qualifying Covered Part(s), which

exceeds the published tolerances allowed by the manufacturer will not be considered Normal wear and tear.

Qualifying Covered Part(s): The part(s) You purchased as named on the Invoice that are not listed in EXCLUSIONS- WHAT'S NOT COVERED.

Repair Invoice (Invoice): The Invoice provided by the Dealer, where information regarding You, Your Vehicle, and the Qualifying Covered Part(s) and Labour is shown.

Term: This Limited Warranty is effective for five (5) years after the date You purchased the Qualifying Covered Part(s), as indicated on the Invoice, unless it is Excluded

within the Exclusions Section of this Certificate, or once the limits of coverage liability, as outlined within this Certificate have been met, whichever occurs first.

Vehicle: The Vehicle listed and identified above.

Warranty Holder, You and Your: The Warranty Holder as listed above and on the Invoice.

We, Us, and Our (Dealer): The Dealer issuing this Limited Warranty to You and as listed on the Invoice.

SCHEDULE OF COVERAGES

This Limited Warranty covers the failure of Qualifying Covered Part(s), as well as the repair Labour charge, subject to the exclusions listed herein. We will replace and

install only the failed Qualifying Covered Part(s) on the Invoice. A Qualifying Covered Part(s) has failed when it can no longer perform the function for which it was

designed solely because of its condition. Replacement may be made with new, remanufactured or used parts, which are of a like kind and quality, and comparable with

the original design specifications and wear tolerances, but are not required to be OEM parts.

EXCLUSIONS -- WHAT IS NOT COVERED

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR APPLY TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PARTS, SERVICES OR CONDITIONS:

1.Qualifying Covered Part(s) damaged by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, modification or tampering by You or with Your knowledge.

2.For any breakdown caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, lack of scheduled maintenance required by the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for Your

Vehicle, or improper servicing or repairs performed by You or a repair facility.

3.For any breakdown caused by lubricant blockage or the failure to maintain proper levels of lubricants, and/or coolants, or any breakdown resulting from

failure to protect Your Vehicle from further damage when a breakdown has occurred.

4.Parts needed to maintain Your Vehicle inclusive of, but not restricted to: 12V , PHEV , and EV batteries, adjustments, belts, body, bolts, brake linings/shoes,

brake pads, brake rotors and drums, bumpers, carpet, cleaning, clips, retainers and fasteners, clutch friction disc, clutch throw out bearings, convertible tops

(fabric), coolants, dash cover and pad, door trim, fabric, filters, fluids, freeze plugs, glow plugs, handles, headliner, hinges, hoses, hybrid battery plug

assembly, hybrid vehicle relay assembly, interior and exterior trim and moldings (including but not limited to cup holders, covers, and vents), lamps (brake

light, back-up, fog light, side marker, and turn signal light assemblies), laser lights and headlight assemblies, LEDs, light bulbs, line and tubes, lubricants,

nuts, panels, pressure plate, refrigerants, rust and corrosion damage, seat covers, sheet metals, shiny metals, shop supplies and environment waste

charges or parts of the Vehicle that require regular maintenance or replacement as recommended by the manufacturer's maintenance or replacement

intervals, unless the part(s) is a Qualifying Covered Part(s) on the Invoice, spark plug wires, spark plugs, structural framework and welds, transmission and

brake cables, tune-up, updates/programming, weather stripping, tires, wheel balancing, wheels and rims, and wiper blades.

5.Fuses, relays, circuit breakers, electronic transmitting or receiving devices, unless the part(s) is a Qualifying Covered Part(s) on the Invoice.

6.Auto body paint, moldings, glass or glass repair, any used part(s), and /or any parts damaged by collision.

7.Freon or fluids except as required for a covered repair; fluid leaks or damage caused by fluid leaks; damage or failure caused by sludge, carbon, or water

ingestion.

8.If the responsibility for the repair is otherwise covered by an insurance policy, manufacturer and/or recalls, or any other warranty or service contract.

9.Exhaust systems including catalytic converters and/or for repairs made solely to maintain any governmental emission standards.

10.Any parts that must be repaired or replaced on the Vehicle if raced whether on a track or the street, or operated at more than the manufacturers G.V .W.R.,

or for excessive hauling and pulling. Vehicles with cargo ratings in excess of one ton (6350 KG or 14,000 LBS Gross Vehicle Weight Rating, tow trucks,

snowplows,, taxi cabs, limousines, livery, and any type of emergency vehicles are expressly excluded from coverage. Noting personal vehicles used for ride-

share are NOT expressly excluded from coverage.

11.If any alterations have been made to Your Vehicle or You are using or have used Your Vehicle in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer,

including, but not limited to damage resulting from: the failure of any custom or add-on part, all frame or suspension modifications, lift kits,

oversized/undersized tires, trailer hitches, engine modifications, transmission modifications, and/or drive axle modifications.

12.Any damage that occurs outside of Canada or the continental United States.

13.Repairs that flow from a collision involving Your Vehicle.

14.Repairs if Your Vehicle has been declared a total loss, salvage, or junk vehicle.

15.Fraudulent representations when presenting a request for repair under this Limited Warranty.

16.This Limited Warranty does not cover repair(s) or service(s), except if the part(s) is a Qualifying Covered Part(s) on the Invoice , even though the Dealer

may offer other services.

17.The Dealer's employees and/or agents do not have authority to modify the terms of this Limited Warranty, nor to make any promises in addition to those

contained within this Limited Warranty.

18.This Limited Warranty does not cover in any way any incidental or consequential damages. Damage caused to a Qualifying
